First go to DPE official web site: http://dpe.teletalk.com.bd
Click on Application Form
you will see a new window like below:
Click check box left site of Assistant teacher then click on Next at the right site
you will see a new window like below:
Now give your S.S.C and H.S.C information & Click on Next.
Now you will get DPE Application Form. In this form, you will get some information from your SSC/HSC education board automatically. Now you have to fill up all of the required information where mentioned red mark ( * ) symbol.
When you will complete the form fill-up then click on the Next button at the bottom place of the form.
Now you will get a new form for review and photo, signature upload.
