Lottery System Admission Circular 2021 for class 1 to class 9: Education Minister Dipu Moni has said new students for different classes of schools, including class 1, will be selected through a lottery process this time due to the Covid-19 pandemic, said Education Minister Dr. Dipu Moni.

Catchment Area

The catchment quota in educational institutions across Dhaka has been increased to 50 percent, from 40 percent, the minister said at a virtual press briefing on Wednesday.

School Annual Examination 2021

“However, it is risky to bring students to school and conduct enrolment under written admission test procedures during the Covid-19, so, the government has decided to take the admission test through the lottery,” Education Minister mentioned.

School Admission Lottery process for Class 1 to Class 8

Considering the current situation, it is not possible to hold admission tests ensuring the physical presence of students, and arranging online admission tests in every school is very tough, said Dipu adding, “That’s why the government has taken the decision.”

Earlier, the lottery system was only used to admit students to grade/Class 1. The admission test was held for students of class 2 to class 8. Students were admitted to Class nine on the basis of their results in JSC and JDC exams.

“I have considered three options. One of them is holding admission exams. But I don’t want to take the risk of bringing students to school. I have thought about the MCQ system. But students will still have to come to school for that,” said Dipu Moni, Education Minister of Bangladesh.

The entire process of admission from class one to class nine will be announced by Dec 7. 

 

Lottery System school Admission Date:

The admission process will be completed between January 10 and 15.

 

Class One to Class Eight Admission Process

The entire process of admission from class 1 to class 8 will be a lottery system.

Class Nine Admission Process 2021

Class nine admission will be on the basis of their results in JSC and JDC exams.

 

SSC, HSC exams may defer

The Education Minister also hinted that the Secondary School Examination (SSC) and Higher Secondary School Examination (HSC) Examination of 2020-21 may be deferred for one or two months due to the Covid-19 situation.

SSC, HSC exams Short Syllabus

“A short syllabus has been prepared for the SSC and HSC examinations so that the examinees can take preparations for the examinations after attending classes for three months,” Said Dr. Dipu Moni while speaking at a virtual press conference on Tuesday.

HSC Result 2020

“The HSC results will be evaluated based on the students’ JSC and SSC results. The results will be readied by December,” She also said. In that case, 75 percent will be taken from SSC and 25 percent from JSC, and the results will be published within December next, she said.

 

Reopening Schools

Dipu Moni said the educational institutions will reopen once the Covid-19 situation improves.

বেষ্ট গুলোর ভর্তি প্রক্রিয়া সবসময় পৃথক পৃথক ভাবে প্রকাশ করা হয় বিধায় প্রতেকটি স্কুলের পৃথক পৃথক ফিচার আপডেট করা হয়।  যে যে বিদ্যালয় গুলোকে অভিভাবকবৃন্দ তাদের সন্তানদের পড়াতে বেশি পছন্দ করেন তার মধ্যে ভিকারুননিসা নূন স্কুল, আইডিয়াল স্কুল, আদমজী ক্যান্টনমেন্ট স্কুল, হলিক্রস স্কুল, ঢাকা রেসিডেন্সিয়াল স্কুল, রাজউক উত্তরা মডেল কলেজ, ইত্যাদি স্কুল গুলো রয়েছে তালিকায়। আমরা চেষ্টা করে থাকি অভিভাবক বৃন্দদেরকে সঠিক আপডেটগুলো প্রকাশ করতে।

লটারীর মাধ্যমে ভর্তির নিয়ম ২০২১

সকল শ্রেণিতে লটারীর মাধ্যমে ভর্তি পক্রিয়া

ভর্তি ফি

শিক্ষামন্ত্রী দীপু মনি বলেন, লটারিতে পূর্ণ স্বচ্ছতার মাধ্যমেই ভর্তি করানো হবে। ভর্তির সময় কোনো শিক্ষাপ্রতিষ্ঠান অতিরিক্ত ফি নিলে তাদের বিরুদ্ধে কঠোর ব্যবস্থা নেওয়া হবে।

 

বিদ্যালয়ে লটারীর মাধ্যমে ভর্তির তারিখ ২০২১

সকল ভর্তি কার্যক্রম ১০ জানুয়ারী ২০২১ থেকে ১৫ জানুয়ারী ২০২১ তারিখের মধ্যে শেষ করা হবে।

 

স্কুল এ লটারীর মাধ্যমে ভর্তির বিজ্ঞপ্তি 2021

৭ ডিসেম্বর ২০২০ ইং লটারীর ভর্তির সকল ক্লাসের বিজ্ঞপ্তি প্রকাশ করা হবে।

 

এস এস সি পরীক্ষার তারিখ ২০২১

শিক্ষামন্ত্রী ড. দিপু মনি বলেন, ২০২১ শিক্ষাবর্ষে টএসএসসি ও এইচএসসি পরীক্ষা দুই মাস পেছাতে পারে । কারণ পরীক্ষার আগে আমরা অন্তত তিন মাস সংক্ষিপ্ত সিলেবাসে শিক্ষার্থীদের ক্লাস নিতে চাই।

 

এইচ এস সি পরীক্ষা ফল ২০২০

দীপু মনি বলেন, “ডিসেম্বরের মধ্যে ২০২০ সালের এইচএসসির ফল প্রকাশ করা হবে। কবে থেকে আবার ক্লাস শুরু হবে তা নির্ভর করছে পরিস্থিতির উপর।
